睾丸容积、禁欲时间与精液质量的比较研究

摘　　要：研究睾丸容积、禁欲时间与精液质量的关系。方法:20例健康男性自愿供精者,每间隔24小时供精1次,共4次;间隔48小时供精1次,共2次;间隔72小时供精1次,共1次。即在9天内连续供精7次,对精液有关系数进行分析。结果:精子密度、精子毛细管穿透试验、精子活动百分比及精液液化时间与禁欲时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。精子总数与禁欲时间呈正相关,睾丸容积与精子密度、精子总精呈正相关。结论:禁欲24小时即可对精液质量进行检查。Objective:To study the relationship among testicular volume abstinent days and quality of semen. Methods: 20 healthy male volunteers donated semen, as one time in 24hrs by masturbation for 4 times, one time in 48hrs for 2 times and one time in 72hrs for 1 time. Every volunteer has donated 7 times in 9days. The relationship among three factors above were analyzed. Results : No statistically significant difference among sperm concentration capillary test sperm motility liquefaction time and abstinent days was observed (P>0. 05). There is a positive correlation between total sperm and abstinent days, a positive correlation between testicuar volume and total sperm. Conclusion : 24hrs Abstinence is enough for the examination of semen quality to the healthy man.
