可行能力视阈中的高校毕业生失业问题研究——以浙江高校为例

摘　　要：在失业率居高不下成为全球经济面临的主要问题之际,大学生失业以及由此引发的社会问题应引起高校与政府的共同重视。在梳理现有研究成果的基础上,试图运用阿马亚蒂·森(Amartya sen)的"可行能力"理念来分析这一问题。结果显示,"先天因素"与"后天因素"两方面与失业的相关性程度均不显著,但某些因素与其呈相关或显著相关。进一步检验其相关的性质,给予我们不少的启示,对于高校培养学生能力和政府采取扶持措施提高毕业生的就业自由程度应有参考价值。High unemployment rate has become a vital barrier for economic development in this era, thus the negative effect caused by college and university graduates＇ unemployment, both economically and socially, should be paid great attention by academic institutions and governments. Based on the research achievements so far, this article will analyse this phenomenon using the ＇Capability approach＇ concept by Amartya Sen. The result indicating that neither innate factor nor acquired disposition has a strong link with unemployment. However, some of the factors are related or even clearly related to this topic. Inspirations came as the level of analyzing was taken into greater depth, and this article should be valuable considering the issues of students＇ abilities building and support by governments
