摘　　要：新溶剂体系是指由乙酸仲丁酯、甲氧基乙酸甲酯、甲氧基乙酸仲丁酯共同构成的溶剂体系。介绍了该新溶剂体系在醇酸氨基烤漆、丙烯酸氨基烤漆、环氧氨基烤漆、聚酯氨基烤漆4类氨基烤漆制漆与稀释剂配制中的应用研究结果。结果表明:在4类氨基烤漆制漆中,都可以用甲氧基乙酸甲酯完全替代现有二甲苯/丁醇溶剂;在4类氨基烤漆的稀释剂中,都可以用乙酸仲丁酯、甲氧基乙酸甲酯、甲氧基乙酸仲丁酯按一定比例的混合溶剂,替代现有二甲苯/丁醇的稀释剂;作为稀释剂的混合配方,可以同时适应于这4类氨基烤漆的比例是:m(甲氧基乙酸甲酯)∶m(甲氧基乙酸仲丁酯)∶m(乙酸仲丁酯)=8∶2∶2。The new solvent system refers to 2-butanol acetate, methyl methoxy acetate and methoxy acetic acid sec-butyl. This paper introduces the application of the new solvent system in alkyd amino baking coatings, acrylic amino baking coatings, epoxy amino baking coatings, polyester amino baking coatings. It studies the new solvent system applied in the amino coatings preparations and thinners ratio. The test results show that in these four types of amino coatings preparations methyl methoxy acetate can replace present xylene and butanol solvent. In these preparations of thinners for the four types of amino coatings, the mixture of 2~butanol acetate, methyl methoxy acetate and methoxy acetic acid see-butyl can replace present xylene and butanol as thinner.
