摘  要:常温下使用RPB-O3/Fe2+法对黑索今(RDX)废水进行处理,考察了Fe2+投加量及投加次数、超重力因子β、初始pH值、臭氧浓度、液体流量以及处理时间等因素对黑索今去除率的影响。实验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件:Fe2+总投加量为0.5mmol/L(分2次投加),β=95,pH=4,臭氧浓度为42.7mg/L,气体流量为75L/h,液体流量为140L/h时,700mL的黑索今废水处理15min后,RDX去除率达到93.4%,RDX含量为4.6mg/L(<5mg/L),COD为48mg/L,达国家二级排放标准。RDX wastewater is treated with RPB-O3/Fe2+ at room temperature. The influence factors of this method, including the total dosage and dosing times of Fe2+ , high gravity factor 13, initial pH, ozone concentration, liquid flow rate and reactive time, have been studied. The result indicated that the best operation parameters are Fe2+ total dosage of 0. 5mmol/L ( twice dosing) , β of 95, pH of 4, ozone concentration of 42.7 mg/L, gas flow rate of 75L/h and liquid flow rate 140L/h. After 700mL RDX wastewater was treated for 15 minutes under the optimum operation condition, the RDX content and removal rate reached 4. 6mg/L and 93.4% respectively, and the COD was 48mg/L. The wastewater after treating complied to the secondary emission standard.
