2011年上海市徐汇区户籍人口主要死因及潜在寿命损失流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的通过对死亡案例统计结果的描述性分析,确定主要死因的分布及其变化趋势,探讨危害居民生命安全的主要疾病,为相关部门指定防治措施提供依据。方法以2011年死亡案例作为研究对象,对来自上海市徐汇区疾病预防控制中心死亡登记资料进行不同人口学特征的主要死因及潜在寿命损失分析。结果 2011年上海市徐汇区户籍人口死亡率为7.55‰,标化死亡率为7.76‰;男性人口死亡率为8.18‰,标化死亡率为8.42‰;女性人口死亡率为6.94‰,标化死亡率为7.11‰。主要死因为循环系病、肿瘤、呼吸系病、内分泌营养代谢疾病和损伤中毒,占总死亡的82.39%。2011年上海市徐汇区户籍人口期望寿命为84.26岁,男性82.13岁,女性86.41岁。结论慢性非传染性疾病是徐汇区户籍人口的主要死因。制定相关策略,建立由政府主导、多部门合作、专业机构支持、全社会参与的慢性非传染性疾病综合预防和控制是当前慢性病防控的发展目标。Objective To understand the major death cause in local population in Xuhui district and provide evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the death surveillance data in Xuhui in 2011. Results The crude death rate was 7.55%, in local population in Xuhui in 2011, the standardized death rate was 7.76%o. The crude death rate in males was 8.18%o （standardized rate： 8.42%o）, the crude death rate in females was 6.94%o （standardized rate： 7. 11%o）. The main death causes included circulatory system disease, tumor, respiratory system disease, metabolic disease and injury/poisoning. The deaths caused by these diseases accounted for 82.39% of the total. The life expectancy was 84.26 years in local population in Xuhui in 2011 （82. 13 years for males, 86. 41 years for females）. Conclusion Chronic/non communicable disease was the major death cause in local population in Xuhui. It is necessary to conduct comprehensive prevention and control of chronic disease by developing effective strategies, multi sectoral cooperation and community participation.
