摘 要:目的 观察秋千摆动和倒视刺激对动态姿态平衡的影响 ,探讨视觉、本体觉和前庭觉在姿态平衡中的贡献。 方法 16名受试者进行秋千摆动测试 ,秋千测试前后进行动态姿态平衡测试(感觉整合测试 ,有 6种测试状态 ) ;另外 10名受被者进行上下倒视刺激 ,倒视刺激前后进行动态姿态平衡测试。 结果 秋千摆动刺激后运动病症状明显 ,综合平衡分降低有显著性意义 ,测试状态 4对应的平衡分、策略分和视觉贡献降低有显著性意义。倒视刺激后运动病症状较轻 ,综合平衡分没有变化 ,而测试状态 2对应的平衡分、策略分和本体觉降低有显著性意义。 结论 秋千摆动刺激和倒视刺激在不同程度上对姿态平衡和运动策略有影响 。Objective To explore the effects of parallel swing and reversed vision stimulation on posture equilibrium. Methods Dynamic posture tests(Sensory Organization Test, including 6 condition) were run in subjects pre and post parallel swing stimulation( n =16) and reversed visual stimulation( n =10). Results The motion sickness scores post swing stimulation were significantly higher than those post reverse visual stimulation. The composite equilibrium scores were significantly decreased in subjects post parallel swing stimulation, but unchanged in subjects post reversed visual stimulation. The equilibrium and the strategy scores of condition 4 and the contribution of vision were significantly decreased post swing. The equilibrium and the strategy score of condition 2 and the contribution of somatosensation were decreased significantly in subjects post reversed visual simulation. Conclusion The results demonstrated that postural equilibrium, motion strategy and mechanism of sensory organization were influenced in different degree by parallel swing stimulation and reversed visual stimulation.
