摘  要:目的 观察去负荷对大鼠股骨不同部位局部因子的影响 ,并探讨其与矿盐含量变化的关系。 方法  6周龄 S.D.大鼠随机分为自由活动组 (对照组 )和尾部悬吊组 (实验组 ) ,每组 9只 ,实验期 2 1d。观察指标 :股骨颈、股骨干近 1/ 3端、中 1/ 3段和远 1/ 3段 4个不同部位一氧化氮 (NO)、骨钙素 (BGP)、表皮生长因子 (EGF)的含量及矿盐含量。 结果 与对照组相比 ,实验组大鼠股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的矿盐含量下降有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的 NO含量升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨干中 1/ 3段的 BGP升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨干近 1/ 3段和中 1/ 3段的 EGF含量升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 去负荷大鼠股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的 NO含量升高 ,是造成该部位矿盐含量下降的重要原因。股骨干近 1/ 3段、中 1/ 3段的 EGF或Objective The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the changes of bone local factors and mineral in unloading femur of rat. Methods Six week old S.D. rats were randomly divided into two groups( n =9):①The free activity control group(FAC);②The tail suspended group(TSG). The experiment lasted for 3 weeks. Nitric oxide(NO), osteocalcin(BGP), epidermal growth factor(EGF) and the bone mineral contents(BMCs) in 4 different sections of femur were detected. Result Compared with FAC,BMCs in neck and distal 1/3 diaphysis of femur were significantly decreased in TSG( P <0.05).NO contents in neck and distal 1/3 diaphysis of femur were significantly increased (P< 0.05). BGP contents in middle 1/3 diaphysis of femur were significantly increased( P <0.05).EGF contents in proximal and middle 1/3 diaphysis were significantly increased( P <0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that the changes of bone local factor contents have important influence on bone mineral contents in unloading femur of rat.
