摘  要:目的 观察模拟失重大鼠腰椎骨骨质和生物力学特性在恢复期的变化。 方法 选用7周龄雄性 Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为 6组 ,1组尾吊 2 1d;1组尾吊 2 1d后解悬 7d;1组尾吊 2 1d后解悬 2 1d;其余 3组为对照组。实验结束后测定第三腰椎骨 (L3)的矿盐含量、骨钙素浓度及生物力学指标。 结果 大鼠 L3矿盐含量、载荷能力、应力水平、强度及硬度等在尾吊 2 1d均有非常显著性意义的降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,解悬 7d后未见明显变化 ,解悬 2 1d后有恢复的趋势 ,但仍显著低于对照水平(P<0 .0 1) ;骨钙素含量在整个实验过程中均显著低于对照水平 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;横截面积在尾吊后下降有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,但解悬 2 1d已恢复至正常对照水平。 结论 模拟失重致大鼠 L3矿盐含量及生物力学性能下降 。Objective To observe changes of mass and biomechanical properties of lumbar vertebra in rats following tail suspension and after different periods of recovery. Methods The 7 week old male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Group A underwent tail suspension for 21 d, group B and group C were reloaded for 7 d and 21 d after tail suspension for 21 d, the rest 3 groups served as controls. Mineral content, BGP content and biomechanical quota of the third lumbar vertebra (L 3) of the experimental and control groups were determined and compared. Results Mineral content, loading capability, stress, strength and rigidity of the third lumbar vertebra in rats immediately after tail suspersion for 21 d were decreased significantly ( P <0.01) as compared with controls and didn't change obviously after reloading for 7 d. After reloading for 21 d, there was trend of recovery but still obviously lower than those of controls ( P <0.01). Serum BGP levels of experimental groups were lower than those of controls during the whole process of experiment ( P <0.05). Cross sectional area of L 3 was decreased significantly ( P <0.01) after unloading for 21 days but recovered to control level after reloading for 21 d. Conclusion Mineral content and biomechanics of L 3 were lowered in rats underwent simulated weightlessness, and can't recover in a short time.
