菊延保康冲剂对大鼠心电、血压及呼吸参数的影响

摘　　要：用IDC -1型多用生理电信号分析仪 ,分别测定菊延保康冲剂三个剂量组 ( 1.4g/kg ,4.2 g/kg ,7.0g/kg)对大鼠心电、血压及呼吸参数的影响 ,结果表明 ,灌胃 (i.g .)给药后 15 0min内菊延保康冲剂的三个剂量组的心电、血压和呼吸参数均未产生明显变化 ,与对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。说明该药对动物 (大鼠 )心血管及呼吸系统无不良药物效应关系。Effects of JU YAN BAO KANG CHONG JI ( divided into three dosage groups: groupA: 1.4g/kg, GroupB: 4.2g/kg, groupC: 7.0g/kg) on the ECG, blood pressure and respiratory parater in Wistar rats were determined by using electric signal analyzer of model IDC-1 multiple psychology, respectively. Results showed that the ECG, blood pressure and respiratory parameter remained unchanged after the JU YAN BAO KANG AGENTIA were given to the rats through i.g. within 150min. With comparison to the control group, there were no statistical difference(P>0.05). It indicated that this medicine had no side-effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory system in rats.
