摘　　要：为了在基于GTP接口协议的电信系统中实现在数据流量业务的在线计费,这里针对现有的电信系统核心网和计费系统架构,提出一种新的技术实现方案。首先对总体方案进行了介绍,然后对基于GTP协议的系统在实现流量业务在线计费时的难点及该方案对应的解决方法细节进行了重点描述。方案既具备流量业务的在线计费能力,又保留了原有的离线计费能力,在具体生产系统应用中具有很强的适用性。In order to achieve online charging of GPRS service in a telecommunication system based on GTP interface protocol, this article proposes an new technical scheme. The overall general program is given first, then the difficulties and solutions in achieving online charging for the data service in the GTP protocol-based system are described in detail. The scheme has the capability of flow service online charging while keep the capability of off-line charging, and thus is quite applicable in the actual production system.
