摘　　要：以用户服务体验和运营商管理为研究主体,结合网络运营的相关概念并建立映射关系,对业务性能和流量进行分析,提出通过网络智能运营模型来全面了解现网健康状况、故障预警并快速定位、提高服务质量和提升整网资源利用率。通过用户体验的改善,减少用户流失,为运营商在运营体系建设提供了参考,深度挖掘网络承载能力和提高网络可扩展性,实现全业务承载的下一代智能网络,为用户创造网络新价值。With customer service experience and carrier management as the research subject, in combination of related network management concept and establishment of the mapping relations, the business performance and the flow are analyzed, and through the intelligent operation model of the network, the current health status, the fault early-warning and rapid positioning of the network could be compreheensively understood, and the service quality and the utilization rate of network resource be improved. The improvement of user experience and the reduction of user loss could provide a reference for the operators in their operating system construction. The in-depth excavation of network capacity and the improvement of network scalability, could implements the next generation intelligent network with full business bearing thus create a new network value for the users.
