摘　　要：智能卡目前被广泛应用民用、商用、金融以及军事领域,基于传统的通用标准的智能卡已经不能够满足特殊化和专用化的安全性、专业性需求,开发者开始面向智能卡COS平台进行定制应用的开发工作。这里首先介绍了智能卡的结构组成及COS的工作原理,然后对基于智能卡COS平台上的应用开发流程进行了介绍,最后对基于智能卡COS平台的应用程序开发与智能卡COS平台开发的关系进行了分析并提出了注意事项。Smart card is widely applied in the civil, commercial, financial and military fields, and the smart card based on the traditional universal standard could not meet the security and professionality of specialized and dedicated applications. The developer begins to face the development of customed applications oriented to the smart card COS platform. The structure composition of smart card, including the working principle of COS is described first, and then the application development based on smart card COS platform presented, finally the relation of smart card COS platform-based application development and smart card COS platform development analyzed, and precautions suggested.
