摘 要:目的 观察特技飞行对人体血浆甘丙素 (galanin,GAL)含量的影响及其与内皮素(endothelin,ET)和血管活性肠肽 (vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)的关系。 方法 用放免法对 16名飞行员进行研究 ,观察特技飞行前后血浆 GAL、ET和 VIP含量的变化。 结果 1飞行后立即测试 ,血浆 GAL 较飞行前明显升高 ,分别为 (14.5± 3.0 ) pg/ m l和 (10 .7± 2 .8) pg/ ml(P<0 .0 1) ,至飞行后 6 h仍未恢复至飞行前水平 (12 .8± 2 .4) pg/ ml(P<0 .0 5 ) ;2飞行后立即 ,血浆 ET和 VIP也明显升高 ,分别为 (10 6 .6± 32 .1) pg/ m l和 (6 7.2± 14.2 ) pg/ m l(P<0 .0 1) ,至飞行后 6 h均已恢复至飞行前水平 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;3对照组 3个时间点的 GAL、ET和 VIP含量无明显变化 ,和飞行员飞行前的血浆浓度近似 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;4特技飞行后立即 ,血浆 GAL、ET及 VIP含量均明显升高 ,经线性回归分析发现 ,血浆 GAL 升高与 ET呈明显正相关 (r=0 .775 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,而与 VIP无明显相关 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 1特技飞行可引起血浆 GAL、ET、VIP含量明显升高 ,至飞行后 6 h,血浆 GAL 仍不能恢复至正常水平 ;2特技飞行后 ,GAL 的升高与 ET升高呈明显正相关 ,提示 ET对 GAL 的升高有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the effect of performing aerobatics flight on plasma galanin(GAL), endothelin(ET) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) levels and the relation between GAL level and ET,VIP levels. Methods Sixteen healthy fighter pilots served as subjects, and 16 matched ground personnel as controls. The plasma levels of GAL, ET and VIP before performing aercbatic flight subject (25 min, max G Z 6.0~6 5 G Z) and immediately as well as 6 h after flight were measured by radioimmunoassay. The plasma levels of controls were measured synchronously. Results ①Plasma GAL level immediately after areobatics (14.5±3.0 pg/ml) was significantly higher ( P <0.01) than that before flight (10.7±2.8 pg/ml), GAL level 6 h after flight did not restore baseline value;②Plasma ET and VIP level immediately after flight (106.6±32.1 pg/ml and 67.2± 14.2 pg/ml,respectively) were significantly higher than those before flight 80.2± 14.2 pg/ml and 51.8±13.1 pg/ml respectively. Both ET and VIP levels restored baseline value 6 h later; ③The GAL, ET and VIP levels at 6:00 am, 10:00 am and 16:00 pm in of control group remained unchanged;④It was found that the increase of GAL level was significantly correlated with the increase of ET level ( P <0.01), but not correlated with the increase of VIP ( P >0.05) Conclusions It is suggested that aerobatic flight may lead to increase of plasma GAL, ET and VIP levels, and the increase of plasma GAL may last for more than 6 h. The high correlation between increase of GAL and ET levels suggested that the increase of GAL may be effected by increase of ET
