摘  要:目的 探讨招飞体检中 ,受检人群的眩光失能水平。 方法 采用 MGT- 1型多功能眩光视觉检测仪 ,在目标亮度分别为明视和暮视条件下 ,测定 79名招飞对象的对比敏感度函数 (CSF)和眩光失能 (GD)。 结果  CSF测量表明 ,受试者具有良好的视觉通道特性 ,峰值位于 1.2~ 2 .4周 /度处。GD在明视条件下 ,均值为 9.4% (全距 0 .9%~ 2 1.7% ) ,暮视 GD明显高于明视 ,均值为 36 .5 % (全距 2 6 .4%~ 49.1% )。个别眼介质混浊者有严重的眩光失能。 结论 眩光失能作为视功能的一种评价指标 ,在招飞体检中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore glare disability level in candidates of flying cadets. Methods The contrast sensitivity function (CSF) and glare disability (GD) value in 79 candidates of flying cadets were measured using the self developed MGT 1 multivision glare tester. Results The results of CSF measurement in near visual distance without glare showed that the vision passageway characteristic of the subjects was good. The peak spatial frequency situated in 1.2 to 2.4 circle per degree. The mean GD value in photopic condition was 9.4%(ranged from 0.9% to 21.7%),while in twilight condition the mean GD value was increased significantly to 36.5%(ranged from 26.4% to 49.1%).A few subjects with eye medium opacity had serious glare disability. Conclusion Glare disability test is of value for pilot selection. The relation between GD value and condition of eye medium opacity is to be explored.
