摘 要:非对称混合级联型多电平逆变器具有在基本单元级联数目相同的条件下输出更多电平等级的优点,并且由于各级联单元采用不同的开关器件,能够充分发挥不同开关器件优势的优点。本文基于一种新型的级联型多电平逆变器拓扑,对其拓扑进行进一步的改进,并且在非对称混合级联拓扑电路的基础之上来对其调制方法进行了深入研究。文中给出了非对称混合级联型多电平逆变器的新型拓扑电路,探讨了与之相适应的调制方法,特别是给出了阶梯波调制触发角的计算方法。最后通过仿真验证了调制方法的正确性与有效性。Asymmetric mixed cascade multi-level inverter has the advantage of output more level grades in the same number of basic units cascaded, And since the linking unit at various levels using different switching device, can give full play to the advantages of the advantages of the devices of different switching.
