摘  要:干扰素(IFNs)是宿主细胞在受到病原体例如病毒、微生物、寄生虫、肿瘤细胞的侵染后产生并释放的。干扰素属于糖蛋白的一种,干扰素具有干扰病毒在宿主体内复制的能力,它对于提高宿主免疫系统对病毒的识别和抵抗起到十分重要的作用,现在被广泛的运用在病毒引起的疾病和肿瘤的治疗中。本文从干扰素的分类、产生、功能、疗效等方面入手,对其基础和应用进展进行综述。The host cells, after infected by pathogens such as viruses, microbes, parasites and tumor cells ,produce and release interferons (IFNs), which belongs to glycoprotein. It has the ability of interfering with viral replication in the host body and plays a very important role in improving the identification and resistance against viruses of the host immune system, which is now widely used in the treatment of diseases caused by viruses and tumors. This paper reviews the basic research of interferon and its application progress in the classification, production, function, efficacy of interferon and its other aspects.
