犬细小病毒血凝抑制抗体和中和抗体的关系

摘　　要：对 8份犬细小病毒免疫的犬血清同时进行中和 (SN)抗体和血凝抑制 (HI)抗体检测。结果 ,SN抗体和HI抗体具有正比线性关系 ,SN抗体近似于 6倍HI抗体。其中HI抗体检测可在 3h内获得结果 ,操作简便 。Eight serum samples from dogs immunized with canine parvovirus were measured for serum neutralization (SN) antibody and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody levels. The test result revealed that the SN antibody titers and the HI antibody titer possessed a direct proportional linear correlation and the SN was approximate to six times HI. The HI method was so easy that it may be finished within three hours, and after detecting the HI the titer of SN antibody would be calculated.
