摘　　要：目的:了解尖锐湿疣患者中HPV分型情况,指导临床治疗。方法:对2011年6月～2011年12月于我科门诊就诊并查HPV分型患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结分布特征。结果:本组尖锐湿疣患者67例,HPV检出阳性43例(64.18%),其中高危型23例(34.33%):女性18例(78.26%),男性5例(21.74%);单纯低危型20例(29.85%);高危+低危的混合感染16例(23.88%),其中感染型别最多2例为4个基因型,阴性24例(35.82%)。结论:本组病例尖锐湿疣患者67例,HPV阳性检出率高(43/67,64.18%);高危型检出率高(23/67,34.33%)。本组病例提示,加强对尖锐湿疣患者HPV分型检测,更有利于指导患者的治疗和预后。Objectives：To investigate the types of HPV in condyloma acuminatum（CA） patients to guide clinical treatment.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made,basing on the clinical data of 67 patients with condyloma acuminatum who were treated in our clinic from June to December,2011.Results：23（34.33%） of the subjects belonged to high-risk HPV,among which 18 cases were females（78.26%） and 5 males（21.74%）.20（29.85%） of the subjects belonged to low-risk HPV.16（23.88%） of the subjects belonged to high-low-mixed risk type.24（35.82%） were tested negative.In two extreme individuals cases,there were up to 4 genotype HPVs detected.Conclusion：The positive detection rate is really high in our research（43/67,64.18%）,as well as the high-risk type（23/67,34.33%）.All the data indicated that HPV typing analysis contributes to the therapy and prognosis of CA patients.
