针刺对照帕罗西汀治疗原发性早泄的临床观察及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗原发性早泄是否有效。方法:来自于2011年12月～2012年08月中国中医科学院西苑医院男科门诊60名病人,随机分为帕罗西汀组、针刺组以及针刺对照组。三组在年龄、病程、疗前IELT以及PEDT等无明显差异,具有可比性。结果:帕罗西汀组因恶心等消化道反应剧烈脱落1例患者。帕罗西汀组、针刺组与针刺对照组相比较,皆可以延缓IELT(P<0.001),但帕罗西汀组延缓IELT较针刺组更明显。帕罗西汀组、针刺组与针刺对照组相比较皆可以降低PEDT积分(P<0.001),但帕罗西汀组与针刺组相比降低无差异(P=0.07>0.05)。结论:针刺可以延缓早泄患者IELT,降低PEDT,疗效显著。Objectives：Discussing the effect of Acupuncture treatment of primary premature ejaculation.Methods：from December 2011 to Autumn 2012,60 patients from andrology clinical of Xiyuan Hospital of CATCM were randomized to paroxetine,acupuncture and sham-acupuncture.There were no significant differences among three groups in age,duration,pre-treatment IELTs and PEDTs.Clinical efficacy was compared with the prolongation of ejaculatory latency and improvement the score of PEDT before and after each treatment.Results：Paroxetine lost 1 patient because of nausea.Significant differences of IELTs were determined between the paroxetine and placebo groups（P＆lt;0.001）and the acupuncture and placebo groups（P＆lt;0.001） after treatment.It was found that ejaculation delay induced by paroxetine was significantly higher than that induced by acupuncture after treatment.No significant differences were found between the total scores of the paroxetine and acupuncture groups before and after treatment（P=0.07＆gt;0.05）,but significant differences were determined between the paroxetine and placebo groups（P＆lt;0.001） and between the acupuncture and placebo groups（P＆lt;0.001） after treatment.Conclusion：Acupuncture had a significant stronger ejaculation-delaying effect than placebo.
