开展大学生性健康教育的实践与成效

摘　　要：为增强大学生规避"青春伤害"的意识和能力,促进大学生健康成长成才,对大学生开展性健康教育,采用教师与学生并重组建师资队伍、知识与技能并重的教学内容、教师引导与学生参与并重的PLA教学方法、校内与校外并重的个性化服务和建立有效工作机制等,破解了大学生性健康教育存在的师资不足、教材缺乏、教法陈旧和服务、机制缺失等难点,并取得显著成效。To enhance college students’ consciousness and abilities to avoid ＂Youth Harm＂ and to facilitate students to grow healthily,sex education has been conducted in college.To tackle the problem of lacking teachers and facilities,being insufficient in textbooks,being lagging in teaching methods and services,and being incomplete in mechanism,the faculty of Ningbo College of Health Sciences built a heterogeneous faculty,integrated both teacher-oriented and student-oriented teaching,delivered both knowledge and ability to students,emphasized both guiding and participating,and provide specialized education for students on and off campus.This method proves realistic and effective in practice.
