城乡中年夫妻婚姻质量对其心理健康水平的影响比较研究——以云南为例

摘　　要：目的:探讨城乡中年夫妻的婚姻质量与其心理健康水平的关系,分析影响这两者的有关因素并提出建设性的意见。方法:使用SCL-90和Locke-Wallace婚姻调适测定量表对104对城乡中年夫妻的婚姻质量与心理健康水平进行调查和分析。结果:中年夫妻的婚姻质量不存在显著的性别差异(t=-1.529,P>0.05);城镇中年夫妻的婚姻质量显著高于农村夫妻(t=-2.69,P<0.01);城镇中年夫妻的心理健康水平显著高于农村中年夫妻(t=6.000,P<0.01);夫妻婚姻质量影响夫妻的心理健康。结论:农村中年夫妻的婚姻质量和心理健康水平与城镇夫妻相比较低,长期的婚姻生活在夫妻之间会产生心理的相互感染,并对双方的心理健康产生影响。Objectives：To investigate the influence of marital quality on urban and rural middle-aged couples,mental health.Methods：By using SCL-90 and Locke-Wallace marriage adjust scale,we carry on an investigation about mental health on 104 middle-aged couples and analyze the results.Results：There is no significant gender differences in marital quality and mental health（t=-1.529,P＆gt;0.05）;the marital quality of the urban couples are higher than the rural couples（t=-2.69,P＆lt;0.01）;as well as the mental health level（t=-2.69,P＆lt;0.01）,which can be concluded that the martial quality can take an effect on the mental health.Conclusions：The marital quality and mental health level of rural couples are relatively higher than those of the town couples.Moreover,the long-term marital life will have mutual effect on mental health.
