切开引流治疗闭合性肾损伤并发腹膜后尿囊肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨切开引流治疗闭合性肾损伤并发腹膜后尿囊肿的疗效。方法:选取82例闭合性肾损伤并发腹膜后尿囊肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,观察组患者接受后腹腔镜切开引流治疗,对照组患者则采用剖腹切开引流治疗,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、复发率、性功能恢复时间以及术后的一般情况进行观察。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、性功能恢复时间明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后出现伤口疼痛、腰腹部肿块、感染、出血、腰痛、血尿的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜切开引流是治疗闭合性肾损伤并发腹膜后尿囊肿的一种比较有效的方法,可以有效改善患者的病情,减少术后并发症的发生。Objectives： To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of incision and drainage in the treatment of blunt renal injury concurrent retroperitoneal urine cysts. Methods： 82 patients with blunt renal injury concurrent retroperitoneal urine cysts were randomized to observation group and control group （n =41 cases）. The patients in observation group received back laparoscopic incision and drainage treatment while patients in control group used laparotomy incision and drainage treatment. The observation subjects included the operation time, amount of bleeding, length of hospital stay, recurrence rate, recovery time of sexual function and postoperative general condition. Results： The operative time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, length of hospital stay of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of postoperative wound pain, waist and abdomen mass, infection, bleeding, low back pain, and hematuria in observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was also significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Back laparescopic incision and drainage is the effective surgical treatment for blunt renal injury concurrent retroperitoneal urine cysts. It can effectively improve the patients＇ health condition and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
