新形势下医院科研管理模式的实践和探讨

摘　　要：近年来，国家在医学科学研究方面的投资大幅提高。医院承担的科研项目数量、经费金额和项目种类也越来越多。面对科技发展新形势，我院科研管理工作以“临床需求为导向、建设学院型医院”作为工作定位，通过一系列积极的措施．逐步形成了一套符合医院科研发展的管理方法，并把科研成果及时转化为临床实践，实现了科研管理由应急管理向全过程管理的转变，有效地提高了医院的科研水平。In recent years, the state has a substantial increase in investment in Medical Research. The number of hospital-borne scientific research, funding amounts and types of projects is also increasing.. Our hospital scientific management based ＂oriented clinical needs, Construction Institute hospital＂ as a work positioning, the whole process of quality management as the implementation of safeguards. Through a series of positive measures, gradually formed which are consistent with the management of the hospital research and development, and scientific research achievements into clinical practice. The research management changed from passive management model to proactively manage; from the emergency management to the whole process of managing; from the targeted management to guide the management of clinical needs. These measures effectively improve the level of scientific research in hospitals.
