反应型环氧树脂固化剂的研究现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：环氧树脂是应用广泛的热塑性高分子预聚物,只有加入固化剂后方能显示出优异的性能,因此固化剂对于环氧树脂的应用及对固化产物的性能发挥着巨大的作用。在环氧树脂固化剂中,又以反应型固化剂的固化效果比较优异且使用方便,品种众多。综述了反应型环氧树脂的固化剂的种类及反应机理,介绍了近年来国内外几种性能优异的反应型环氧树脂固化剂,其中包括多元胺类固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、多元硫醇类固化剂、咪唑类固化剂等,指出其发展趋势是环保型、耐高温、高强度、高耐久性及快速固化。Epoxy resin is thermoplastic pre-polymer with widely applications, it will exhibit outstanding performances after adding curing agent, therefore, the curing agent plays an important role in the application of epoxy resin and the performance of the cured product. Among the curing agents of epoxy resin, the reactive curing agent is convenient to use and has good curing effect and many varieties. The species and reaction mechanism of reactive epoxy resin curing agent are introduced, and some reactive epoxy resin curing agent with excellent performances are reviewed, such as multiple amine curing agent, anhydride curing agent, multiple mercaptan curing agent and imidazole curing agent, etc. And its development trends are pointed out which are environment friendly, high temperature resistant, high strength, good durability, and rapid curing.
