摘　　要：王庄煤矿选煤厂2009年以总承包方式在原选煤厂工业场地新建一座6.0 Mt/a炼焦煤选煤厂;项目改造存在产品结构多、地面原生产设施多、新旧系统衔接多等难点,总承包方通过精心安排施工顺序,在新旧衔接点施工前做好充分准备,并采用3D技术设计管道,同时加强各部门之间的沟通,保证了项目顺利完成。In 2009,an additional plant for cleaning coking coal with a capacity of 6.0 Mt/a was constructed in the form of general contract at the original site of Wangzhuang Coal Preparation Plant;difficult points confronted with this reformation project such as more final products and existing equipment on site,and numerous connections between existing and new system;following measures taken by the general contractor: elaborate arrangement of construction sequence,full preparation for construction at connection points between both systems,3D technology employed for design of pipe line system,and enforcement of linking-up between departments;the smooth completion of the reformation project thus ensured.
