摘  要:研究了碎浆浓度、碎浆时间、碎浆温度及生物酶用量等4个因素对生物酶用于8号美废脱墨效果的影响。结果表明:碎浆浓度及时间对碎浆和浮选后纸浆白度的影响较大;得出的最佳工艺条件为:碎浆浓度10%、碎浆时间20 min、碎浆温度50℃、生物酶用量为0.01%质量分数,此时碎浆白度为36.7%,浮选白度为42.1%,碎浆后Eric值为1 227,浮选后Eric值为890,油墨去除率为27.4%;与常规化学法脱墨相比,用生物酶脱墨可以提高浮选后纸浆的白度和油墨去除率;同时,碎浆废水、浮渣废水及总废水的COD分别降低了67.9%、43.1%和51.5%。The influences of pulping time, pulping consistency, pulping temperature and enzyme dosage on American waste paper 8# deinking with biological deinking enzyme were studied in this paper. The results showed that pulping consistency and time had greater effects on pulping brightness and flotation brightness. The optimum technological conditions were obtained, as follows:pulping concentration 10%, pulping time 20 min, pulping temperature 50 ~C, enzyme dosage 0.01%(mass fraction), under which the pulping brightness was 36.7%IS0, flotation pulp brightness was 42.1%ISO, pulping Eric number was 1 227, flotation Eric number was 890, and ink removal rate reached to 27.4%. Compared with conventional chemical deinking, biological enzyme deinking could improve brightness and ink removal rate of flotation pulp. And the COD of pulping effluent, scum effluent and total effluent were reduced by 67.9% ,43.1% and 51.5%, respectively.
