摘　　要：目的 :促进母乳喂养成功防止新生儿乳头错觉。方法 :研制了一次性辅乳器。将一切正常仅母乳暂时不足者 70例分为观察组和对照组。前者 30例用辅乳器喂奶法 ,后者 40例用小勺喂奶法。结果 :新生儿无乳头错觉观察组 2 8例、对照组 10例 ;有乳头错觉观察组 2例 ,对照组 30例 ,两组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :一次性辅乳器既能满足婴儿需求 ,又不影响乳头吸吮 。Objective:To encourage breast feeding and prevent the newborn from nipple illusionMethod:We invent a kind of auxillary feeding apparatus,divided thenewborn with insufficient mother breast feeding into observative group and control groupResult:28 cases in observative and 10 cases in control group have no nipple illusion;Difference is significant(P<001)Conclusion:This kind of auxillary feeding apparatus can meet the needs of newborn,with no effect on their suckling of nipples,wont produce nipple illusion
