摘　　要：应急广播系统是政府应对各种严重自然灾害和公共突发事件的公共服务平台,利用现有调频广播系统搭建应急广播系统是最快捷有效的手段,建设成本低廉,能充分利用有限的频率资源。从如何在已建调频广播系统基础上搭建应急广播系统并将系统延伸到数字广播领域做了技术上的系统研究和技术论证。Emergency Radio Data System is the Government responding to major natural disasters and public e- vents public service platform. Using the existing FM radio system set up emergency Radio Data System is the most efficient and effective means of building costs are low, it can make full use of limited frequency re- sources. This article from in built FM radio system built on the basis of emergency Radio Data System and ex- tends to the area of digital broadcasting systems to do a study on the technical system and technology demon- stration.
