摘　　要：介绍了用交流示波极谱滴定法测定盐酸环丙沙星的方法。在 HCl－ NaAc缓冲液 (pH5.2)中 用四苯硼钠使盐酸环丙沙星沉淀，把滤液调至碱性用 Tl2SO4标准溶液滴定至示波图上 TPB的切口消失即为终点。本法操作简便、快速、其回收率为 99.64％～ 100.3％，将本法测定值与药典方法测定值进行比较，结果一致。An oscillopolarographic titration method for the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (CIP)in materials is described in this paper.The ciprofloxacin hydrochloride is deposited by Na－ TPB in HCL－ NaAc buffer solution.Filtrate is titrated with thallous sulfate standard in an alkaline solution.The disappearance of the incision of TPB on dE/dt=f(E) curve indicates the end point of titration.The method is simple and rapid.The recovery ranged from 99.64％ to 100.3％ by the use of a standard addition.Experiments showed that the proposed method gave the same results as the approach using nonaqueous titration as CSP.
