摘　　要：21世纪初期,俄罗斯在亚太地区面临一系列安全挑战与风险。为了维护本国东部地区的安全以及亚太地区的安全和稳定,俄罗斯在一系列安全原则指导下,一方面增强东部地区的国防潜力;另一方面"平衡"发展与亚太国家的双边关系与合作,同时广泛参与亚太地区多边组织和机构的活动,以切实保障俄罗斯的国家安全利益。Russia faces a series of security challenges and risks in the Asian-Pacific region at the beginning of the 21st century.In order to safeguard the security of its eastern region,as well as the security and stability of the Asian-Pacific region,Russia takes a series of measures.On the one hand,Russia enhances the potential defenses in its eastern parts.On the other hand,Russia balances the bilateral relations between Russia and other countries in the Asian-Pacific,and makes bilateral security cooperation.At the same time,Russia widely participates in the activities of multilateral organizations and institutions in the Asian-Pacific region in order to protect the national security interests of Russia.
