心律平治疗室上性心动过速疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察心律平治疗室上性心动过速的疗效与不良反应。方法 :静脉注射 70mg或 14 0mg心律平注射液。结果 :心律平治疗 2 7例室上性心动过速 ,显效 2 4例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 96 3 % ,心律平治疗室上性心动过速转复率为 88 7% ,不良反应发生率为 11 1% ,头晕 1例 ,舌麻 1例 ,窦性心动过缓 1例。结论 :心律平属IC类抗心律失常药物 ,静脉注射心律平治疗室上性心动过速 ,疗效高 ,副作用少 ,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of propafenone injection in the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia.Methods Propafenone injection 70 mg or 140 mg was given to the patients by intravenous injection.Results Of 27 cases,the medicine was effectual in 24,effective in 2,and ineffective in 1.The total effective rate was 96.3 %(26/27).The transformation rate of the injection in supraventricular tachycardia was 88.6 %(24/27).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 11.1 %,dizziness was observed in 1,glossolysis in 1,and sinus bradycardia in 1.Conclusion Propafenone injection is very effective for supraventricular tachycardia and it has fewer side-effects.It deserves to be widely used in clinic.
