综合医院皮肤科院内会诊1000例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合医院皮肤科会诊工作的特点。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法对北京协和医院1 000例皮肤科会诊病例进行分析并总结其特点。结果:全院所有专科病房都有皮肤科会诊要求,内科系统在会诊科室中占比例最大(41.3%);过敏性皮肤病在会诊疾病中占最大比例(40.5%)。结论:皮肤科会诊是皮肤科工作的重要组成部分,皮肤科会诊具有独特的规律,拓展了皮肤科会诊大夫的临床视野。Objective： To study the rules of the system of muhidisciplinary medical consultation in patient care in a major hospital. Methods： One thousand cases of skin diseases from in-patient dermatologic consultation in Peking Union Medical College Hospital during December, 2008 to November, 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Dermatologic consultation was requested from all medical disciplines of the hospital, and most requests were came from the departments of internal medicine （41.3%）; and allergic dermatoses accounted for the highest percentage （40.5%）. Conclusions： Dermatologic consultation for in-patient is an important component of dermatological work. It has unique rules, and is different from out-patient consulta- tion. It makes dermatologists have a broad clinical field of view.
