摘  要:目的观察脑保护下颈动脉狭窄支架成形术的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2003年4月至2010年6月1 328例脑保护下行支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄患者的临床资料,分析手术的安全性和有效性。结果 1 328例患者均顺利将脑保护装置于颈动脉入颅处,患者治疗前颈动脉的狭窄率为(88.2±6.7)%,治疗后为(19.2±11.1)%,治疗后颈动脉狭窄明显减轻(P<0.01)。其中768例患者进行了平均1年随访,无1例死亡、缺血性脑卒中发生。结论脑保护下行颈动脉狭窄支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄、预防缺血性脑卒中安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cerebral protection devices and stent angioplasty in the treatment of patients with carotid artery stenosis. Methods The clinical data of 1 328 patients with carotid stenosis treated with cerebral protection devices and stent angioplasty in the departments of cardiology and neurology from 4 different hospitals from April 2003 to June 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. The safety and efficacy of the operation was analyzed. Results Cerebral protection devices were smoothly implanted into the skull of these 1 328 cases through carotid artery. The average carotid artery stenosis rate was decreased from (88. 2 _+ 6. 7)% before treatment to (19. 2 ±11. 1 )% after treatment, with significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ). There were 768 patients who were followed up for average 1 year. During the period, no one case was died, nor ischemic stroke occurred. Conclusion Cerebral protection devices and stent angioplasty is safe and efficient in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis and prevention of ischemic stroke.
