摘　　要：结合我公司生产合同进行小批量3004铝合金扁铸锭试制,对3004铝合金扁铸锭内部质量进行全分析,确定所生产的3004铝合金扁铸锭能满足后续轧制加工及生产成品板材的使用要求。The internal quality of 3004 aluminum alloy slab has been analyzed completely and a trial production of slabs has been made in small batches with the contract of the com- pany. The quality of 3004 aluminum slab produced with the trial production system has been conformed that it can meet the requirements of the next processes for producing sheet.
