摘  要:采用高温拉伸、显微组织观察等方法,研究了不同纯度Al-4.6Mg-0.7Mn合金2 mm厚度薄板的高温塑性。结果表明:高纯铝合金中第二相较少,分布更均匀、弥散,形变后的纤维组织更均匀,Fe、Si等杂质元素形成FeMnAl6、Mg2Si等难溶化合物更少,其塑性明显优于低纯度合金的;Al-4.6Mg-0.7Mn合金在拉伸过程中空洞的形核、长大、合并是断裂的根本原因。The high-temperature plasticity of different purity Al-4.6Mg-0.7Mn aluminum alloy sheet with thickness of 2ram have been investigated by high temperature stretching and optical microscopy(OM). The results show that second phases are only few, distribute more dispersion and homogeneous, but the fibrous structure even more homogeneous after the alloy being deformed ;the difficult soluble compounds of FeMnA16 and Mg2Si phases constituted by the impurities of Fe and Si are even less, which makes the alloy becomes high-plasticity than that with low-purity. The fracture of Al-4.6Mg-0.7Mn alloy is caused by the void-nucleuses growing and combining during stretching process.
