摘　　要：本研究通过实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测了14、18日胚龄鸡胚以及2日龄雏鸡肝脏中瘦素受体的表达情况。结果表明:瘦素受体在14、18日胚龄鸡胚以及2日龄雏鸡肝脏中均有表达;随着胚胎及个体的发育,瘦素受体的表达水平降低。Leptin receptor （LEPR）geue expression was quantified through real-time PCR in total RNA samples isolated from liver of chicken embryos and newly hatched chicks. The results showed that LEPR gene could express in liver of embryos of 14, 18 days and 2-day-age chicks, the expression of LEPR gene in liver declined with the development of embryos and newly hatched chicks.
