表皮移植治疗烧伤后瘢痕色素脱失

摘　　要：目的观察表皮移植治疗烧伤后瘢痕色素脱失的效果。方法瘢痕色素脱失区使用皮肤磨削机将瘢痕上皮磨掉，创面呈现弥漫性渗血。表皮使用表皮移植白癜风治疗仪通过负压分离的方式获取。将获得的表皮移植于瘢痕色素脱失区创面。结果18例患者瘢痕色素脱失均获得满意效果，色素脱失得到明显改善，接近正常肤色。结论表皮移植是治疗烧伤后瘢痕性色素脱失的稳妥、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of epidermal graft on treating scar depigmentation. Methods Epidermis of depigmentation scar was removed with skin grinding machine to make wound diffuse er- rhysis. Epidermis of normal skin was harvested with epidermal graft vitiligo treatment instrument, and then the wound was covered with health epidermis. Results All 18 patients with depigmented scar were treated with the epidermal graft and all were satisfied with obvious improvement and similar colour with normal skin. Conclu- sion Epidermal graft is an ideal and stable method to treat depigmented scar.
