传统包皮环切术后并发包皮外口狭窄的整形外科治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨包皮环切术后包皮外口狭窄的治疗方法。方法采用将狭窄包皮外口纵向切开、曲线状缝合的方法矫治狭窄的包皮外口。结果20例患者均矫治成功，龟头充分外露，术后随访1～18个月，切口愈合良好，包皮外口无狭窄发生，效果满意。结论采用纵向切开、横行曲线状缝合的方法可以有效矫治包皮环切术后包皮外口狭窄。Objective ter traditional ditional To search for a method to correct the secondary stricture of prepuce external orifice af- Methods Twenty patients with secondary stricture of prepuce external orifice after tra- were treated by cutting strictured external orifice of prepuce longitudinally and suturing the inci- sion as ＂curvilinear shaping＂. Results The secondary stricture of prepuce external orifice after traditional circumci- sion in the patients was corrected successfully with glans penis exsertion. All patients were satisfied with healed inci- sion and without stricture of prepuce external orifice again after 1 ~ 18 months following up. Conclusion The opera- tion of cutting strictured external orifice of prepuce longitudinally and suturing the incision as curvilinear shaping can correct the secondary stricture of prepuce external orifice after traditional effectively
