摘 要:为探求螺旋压力机的节能机型,分别对摩擦式、液压式、离合器式和电动式螺旋压力机的结构及其能效进行分析,通过电动机、传动机构和工作机构的能效比较,揭示了螺旋压力机的节能原理,提出了螺旋压力机整机系统的节能结构,指出由高效开关磁阻电动机驱动单螺旋副的结构是最佳节能结构。对比测试结果表明,该压力机节能67.86%。预计节能结构的螺旋压力机将替代现用螺旋压力机,从而带动压力加工行业的技术进步。Socioeconomic sustainable development set urgent need to high efficiency and saving energy. In order to search the type of saving energy screw press, principle analysis of energy efficiency was done to friction, hydraulic, coupling and electromotive structure of screw press. Through the comparison of energy efficiency of electrical motors ,transmission and operating mechanism, saving energy principle of screw press was revealed. The complete structure of saving energy screw press was proposed. It was pointed out that the screw press structure of single helix mechanism driven by switch reluctance motor with high efficiency was the best for saving energy. The contrast test result indicated that this press saved energy 67.86%. This structure of press will in the future completely eliminate present screw presses, and cause great technical progress of pressure processing industry.
