摘  要:二次围堰是采用轴线干坞法施工的沉管隧道工程的一个关键工序,通常采用的混凝土砌块方案具有对施工场地要求高、存在较大安全风险等弊端。工程技术人员结合广州生物岛—大学城沉管隧道的实际情况,采用水下自密实不扩散混凝土浇筑技术开发出了一种沉管隧道二次围堰防渗体系的施工方法,具有结构稳定、抗渗性能好、价格便宜、作业方便、安全性高等特点,为今后轴线干坞法沉管隧道的二次围堰施工提供参考价值。The construction of the secondary cofferdam is a critical process for an immersed tunnel built by axis dry dock method. In normal cases, the secondary cofferdam is built by concrete blocks, which has high requirements for the construction site and has high safety risks. In the construction of Town immersed tunnel between Biologic Island and University Town, a construction method for secondary cofferdam built by underwater self-compacting concrete is developed, which has good structural stability, good anti-seepage capability, high cost efficiency, easy operation and high safety. The proposed method can provide good reference for secondary cofferdams of future immersed tunnels constructed by axis dry dock method.
