摘 要:采用营养液培养番茄,通过检测不同铜处理下番茄植物螯合肽、根系分泌物、氨基酸、激素含量的变化,研究外源NO(SNP为供体)缓解铜胁迫的生理生化机制。结果表明,与铜处理相比,外施100μmol·L-1SNP能显著提高番茄幼苗根系和叶片植物螯合肽、叶片氨基酸、根系分泌物中糖(果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖)及根系ABA和叶片IAA、GA3、ZR的含量;显著降低根系氨基酸、根系分泌物中有机酸(草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和琥珀酸)及叶片ABA和根系IAA、GA3、ZR的含量。添加NO清除剂牛血红蛋白后,能显著消除NO的缓解效果。表明外源NO可以诱导番茄幼苗根系和叶片抗性物质的分泌,增强根系与叶片组织对过多铜的螯合能力,从而减缓铜胁迫对番茄幼苗的抑制作用。Through the tomato culture with nutrient solution in greenhouse, the sodium nitropmsside (SNP) was used as NO donor to investigate the physiological and biochemical mechanism of exogenous NO alleviate copper stress. The changes in contents of phytochelatins (PCs), root exudates, amino acids and hormones of tomato seedlings with different Cu treatments were detected. The results showed that addition of 100 ~tmol.L~ SNP could significantly increase the PCs contents in roots and leaves, amino acids contents in leaves, exudates of sugars contents (fructose, glucose and sucrose) in roots, and the contents of ABA in roots and IAA, GA3, ZR in leaves. Besides, the contents of amino acids, exudates of organic acid (oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid and amber acid), IAA, GA3, ZR in roots, and ABA contents in leaves were reduced. NO scavenger Hb could significantly eliminate the alleviating effects of SNP. These results suggested exogenous NO could induced the secretion of resistant material and the chelating capacity in roots and leaves to alleviate the inhibitory effect on tomato seedlings under Cu stress.
