摘  要:测试了4 GPa压力处理前后LC4铝合金的硬度、抗压强度及在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀速率,并结合显微组织观察,探讨了4 GPa压力处理对LC4铝合金力学及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,4 GPa压力处理后LC4铝合金组织细小致密,硬度和抗压屈服强度分别为96.18 HV0.1和431.47 MPa,较处理前分别提高21.06%和62.44%,耐腐蚀性提高。Abstract: The hardness, compressive strength and the corrosion rates in 3.5% NaCI solution of LCA aluminum alloy before and after 4 GPa pressure treatment were measured, and combined the observation for microstructure, the effects of 4 GPa pressure treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of LCA aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that the fine-grained and compact microstructure in the 4 GPa pressure treated LCA aluminum alloy have been found,the hardness and compressive strength is 96.18 HV0. I and 431.47 MPa, respectively, which are 21.06% and 62.44% higher than those of the untreated alloy, and its corrosion resistance is also improved.
