摘 要:目的 研究急性心肌梗死时周围静脉压(PVP)与中心静脉压(CVP)的相关性,为应用周围静脉压替代中心静脉压提供依据。方法33例急性心肌梗死患者同时测量PVP和CVP,共59对数据。采用自身对照方法,用直线相关分析检验周围静脉压与中心静脉压的相关性。结果 相关性检验显示周围静脉压与中心静脉压高度相关,回归方程为PVP=2.6785+1.2371CVP(PVP=2.7+1.2CVP)。结论 对于急性心肌梗死患者,PVP可以基本代替CVP反映血容量和心功能变化。Objective To study the correlation between peripheral venous pressure (PVP) and central venous pressure (CVP)in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients in order to provide the evi- dence of replacing CVP monitoring by PVP monitoring. Methods Monitor the PVP and CVP of 33 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients at the same time by self-control study. Then calculate the difference of two pressures. Test the correlation by linear correlation analysis. Results Correlation analysis indicates that there was highly positive correlation between PVP and CVP. The regression equation of PVP and CVP in AMI patients was PVP =2. 6785 + 1. 2371CVP(PVP =2.7 + 1.2CVP). Conclusions CVP can be replaced by PVP in AMI patients and reflect blood volume and cardiac function changes.
