摘  要:目的观察过敏性紫癜患儿血清降钙素原(PCT)水平变化,探讨血清降钙素原与过敏性紫癜肾脏损害相关性。方法将87例初发过敏性紫癜患儿分为有肾脏损害组(19例)和无肾脏损害组(68例),分别测定PCT、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、WBC等有关感染指标,对比分析PCT等感染指标的水平变化,探讨PCT与过敏性紫癜肾脏损害相关性。结果有肾脏损害组PCT检测值高于无肾脏损害组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而两组患儿hs—CRP及WBC值均有升高,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜肾脏损害的发生与细菌感染有关,是过敏性紫癜肾脏损害的危险因素,PCT有可能作为监测肾损害的临床指标。Objective To observe the changes of the serum procalcitonin (PCT) level of anaphylactoid purpura children, and to investigate the correlation of serum procalcitonin and anaphylactoid purpura kidney damage. Methods Eighty-seven children with primary anaphylactoid purpura were divided into the kidney indicators such damage group( 19 cases) and no kidney damage group(68 cases). The relevant infection as PCT, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), WBC were measured, and the change of infectious index levels were comparative analyzed. To investigate the correlation of serum procalcitonin and allergic purpura kidney damage. Results PCT detection value in the kidney damage group was higher than that of the no kidney damage group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The hs-CRP and WBC values in the two groups of children were increased, but the difference has no statistical significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Bacteria infection is and is a risk factor of anaphylactoid monitoring of renal damage. relevant to the occurrence purpura kidney damage. of anaphylactoid purpura kidney damage, PCT may be used as clinical indicators for monitoring of renal damage.
