他可莫司联合复方甘草酸苷及冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎40例

摘　　要：目的观察他可莫司联合复方甘草酸苷及冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法将80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组在每日早、晚清洁面部后，外用0．1％他可莫司软膏，同时每日下午冷喷治疗1次，每次10min。对照组每日早晚清洁面部后外用0．1％他可莫司软膏。两组患者均同时口服复方甘草酸苷片，连用1个月后停药，分别于治疗结束后随访3周，观察疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组有效率75％，对照组有效率57．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．912，P〈0．05）。治疗组复发4例，占10％；对照组复发13例，占32．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．237，P〈0．05）。治疗组无明显不良反应。对照组有6例在外用他可莫司软膏后，出现刺激症状，给予生理盐水间断湿敷，症状1周后减轻。结论他可莫司联合复方甘草酸苷及冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎具有疗效好、无严重不良反应等优点。Objective To observe the effect of tacrolimus ointment with compound liquorice acid glycosides capsules and cold spray on hormone dependent facial dermatitis. Methods Eighty cases of facial hormone dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Treat-ment group in the daily morning and evening after cleansing facial, topical 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment, meanwhile daily afternoon cold spray treatment for 10 minutes. Control group in the daily morning and evening after cleansing facial, topical 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment. The patients in the two groups all taken oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets for one month, and followed up for 3 weeks, the efficacy and recurrence were observed. Results The efficient rate in the treatment group was 75% , the control group was 57.5% , the difference was statistically significant（ X^2 = 8. 912, P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group had 4 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 10% , control group had 13 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 32.5% , the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （ X^2 = 8. 237, P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction. Control group had six cases of irritation in topical tacrolimus ointment, given saline intermittent wet compress, symptoms were relieved after one week. Conclusions Hormone dependent facial dermatitis treated with ta- erolimus combined compound glycyrrhizin and cold spray has advantage of efficacy and no serious side reaction.
