摘  要:目的探讨新诊断T2DM患者血清富含半胱氨酸酸性分泌蛋白(SPARC)及成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)水平的相关性。方法选取85例新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组),82名健康体检者(NGT组),测定生化指标及SPARC、FGF21水平,分析SPARC与FGF21的相关性。结果 T2DM组SPARC及FGF21水平均高于NGT组(P均<0.01),两组血清SPARC与FGF21水平相关(r=0.783、0.648,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析表明,FGF21和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)是血清SPACR水平的独立影响因素。结论 FGF21及SPARC均可能在抑制脂肪形成、改善IR上发挥作用。Objective To investigate the association between serum fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) and secreted protein acidic and rich in eysteine (SPARC) levels in newly diagnosed T2DM patients. Methods Eighty-five newly diagnosed T2DM patients were put into the T2DM group and 82 healthy people as a NGT group. ELISA was used to evaluate the levels of FGF21 and SPARC in the two groups. The correlation analysis was carried out to see the association between them. Results The level of FGF21 and SPARC was significantly higher in the T2DM group (P〈0. 05) than in the NGT group, and in both groups the level of SPARC was highly associated with FGF21(r= 0. 783, 0. 648, P〈0. 01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that FGF21 and HOMA-IR were the independent related factors influencing plasma SPARC levels. Conclusion Both FGF21 and SPARC function to inhibit the adipogenesis and improve the insulin resistance.
