摘  要:目的研究T2DM患者足部自主神经功能与下肢动脉血管病变的关系。方法分别采用欧米诺汗印法和动脉血管彩色多普勒超声对142例T2DM患者进行足部自主神经功能及下肢动脉血管检测,计算欧米诺汗印法左、右足开始及完全变色的时间。结果 PAD组左右足欧米诺开始变色时间分别为(3.76±2.08)min,(3.70±2.17)min,左右足欧米诺完全变色时间分别为(22.85±10.71)min,(20.96±9.20)min,高于NPAD组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢动脉血管病变患者足部自主神经功能差。Objective To study the relation between the diabetic autonomic neuropathy (DAN) in foot and the diabetic vascular disease (DVD) of low limbs in T2DM patients. Methods One hundred and forty-eight T2DM cases were divided into two groups: peripheral arterial disease(PAD) and non-PAD (NPAD) and detected and evaluated by Neuropad for the feet autonomic nervous function and the intravascular ultrasound for the lower limb arterial functions. The time for the beginning and complete colour change of the left and right foot were calculated for analysis. Results In the PAD group, the time for the beginning colour change of Neuropad in the left and the right foot was (3.76 ±2. 08) and (3.70±2. 17)min respectively, while the time for complete colour change of Neuropad in the left and the right foot was (22. 85± 10.71) and (20. 96±9.20)rain respectively, higher than those in the NPAD group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The feet autonomic nervous function of T2DM patients with DVD was poor.
