摘　　要：建立了配电网规划收益性评价指标体系,研究配电网规划投资与回收的关系,包括财务评价指标(净现值、内部收益率、投资回收期)以及临界经济指标。财务评价指标从宏观上判断线路的经济性;临界经济指标研究线路经济电流、经济负载率。研究了配电网规划收益性分析的具体方法,计算线路总剩余成本、分析年平均电流计算模型以及电价差正反计算。结合某地区实际配电网,应用提出的指标体系对配电网进行分析,为其现状改进与规划建设提供参考。Profitability evaluation system for distribution network planning is established, including financial appraisal indicators （net present value, internal rate of return, payback period） and the critical economic indicators, to study the relationship between investment and profit in distribution network planning. The former is macro indicator to de- termine the economy of lines; the latter is designed for economic circuit current and economic load rate. A specific method for profitability analysis in distribution network planning is studied, including calculating the total remaining cost of lines, analyzing the annual average current calculation model and the conventional and reverse calculation of price differences. Finally, this proposed method is used to analyze an actual distribution network in a certain area to provide some reference to the current network improvement and the future planning constructions as well.
