摘 要:光伏—燃气三联供联合微网不仅能够拓展能源梯级利用的范围,提高能源综合利用率,而且能够推进可再生能源的大规模利用,具有明显的环境效益和社会效益。运用技术经济的财务分析方法,分析了光伏—燃气三联供联合微网的独立运营和并网运营两种模式的特点,分别提出了电价测算的综合模型,结合具体的算例展示了模型的应用,证实了在充分考虑分布式发电环境成本与效益的前提下,独立运营模式较有利于提高能源利用效率、推进节能减排技术发展、降低用户的用电成本,实现利益的合理分配,为光伏和燃气三联供项目的推广复制提供良好的基础。Microgrid, integrated with photovoltaic power generation (PV) and combined cooling, heating and power system (CCHP) , can not only expand the multi-stage energy utilization and improve the comprehensive energy effi- ciency, but also promote the large-scale application of renewable energy, conducive to significant environmental and social benefits. In this paper, the independent and gird-connected operation modes of this Microgrid power system are specifically analyzed by use of technical and economic financial analysis method. Accordingly, the comprehensive model for electricity tariff calculation is proposed respectively, followed by a specific application example to illustrate the application of the model. On the premise of fully taking into account the environmental costs and benefits of dis- tributed power generation, it is confirmed that the independent operation mode of the Microgrid system can significant- ly enhance the energy efficiency, considerably promote energy saving and emission reduction technology development, comparatively reduce the electricity costs of the end customers, and reasonably realize benefits distribution among all the stakeholders, laying a sound foundation for the vigorous promotion and wide spread of PV and CCHP projects.
