摘 要:在循环流化床热解炉试验台上对布风板阻力特性进行了研究。在循环流化床热解炉试验台上对临界流化速度进行了测量。研究了流化风速对压力分布的影响及料腿高度对提升管局部颗粒浓度的影响。结果表明:布风板布风性能良好,也能够满足试验要求,流化风速越大,布风板阻力也越大,布风也越均匀,但布风板阻力过大,会使得空压机电耗大幅度上升。On the test bed of the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) pyrolyzing furnace, the air distribution plate resist- ante characteristics are studied; the critical fluidization velocity is measured. Finally research focuses on the effects of fluidization velocity on the pressure distribution, as well as the impacts of feeding material leg height on improving the local granule concentration. As research results show, the air distribution plate is superior in air distribution, a- daptable to the test requirements; the higher fluidization velocity result in the greater air distribution plate resistance and the more uniform air distribution ; however, the excessive air distribution plate resistance leads to the remarkable increase of air compressor power consumption.
